Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you contact us through the site or by email, we receive what you choose to share, which may include:

• Your name, company, email address, and phone number.
• Information about your business, such as its size, your biggest challenge, your timeline, and your estimated investment.
• Information about your project, including the kind of work you are interested in and your description of it.
• Your current website address and details about what you want to improve, if you ask about a website or website refresh.
• The contents of emails, calls, meetings, and other communications with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, the systems that deliver and protect it process technical information sent by your browser, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about working together.
• Understand your business and project so we can prepare a proposal, scope, or recommendation.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site, including preventing spam and abuse.
• Keep records of our business relationships and communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

The Start Your Blueprint form is how most inquiries reach us. Your name, email address, and a project description are required for the form to send; everything else is optional. Submissions are checked for completeness and spam, then emailed to our business inbox, with your email address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly. Submissions are not stored in a database on the site.

The server function that sends these emails records technical errors only, never the contents of a submission.

If you tell us you are interested in a website refresh, the form asks whether you have an existing site, which areas you would like to improve, and what challenges the current site presents. We use those answers to understand the project and prepare a recommendation. They are handled in the same way as the rest of your submission.

When you share your current website address, we may visit and review the site, including its public pages, performance, structure, and search visibility, so that our recommendation reflects what is actually there. We review only publicly available information and do not attempt to access any non-public area of your site.

We rely on service providers to host the site, deliver email, and run our business. They process information on our behalf and under instructions from us. They include:

• Amazon Web Services — website hosting and content delivery, web application firewall, and delivery of inquiry emails
• Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection on the inquiry form, when enabled

The website itself does not currently set cookies, and fonts and other page assets are served from our own domain rather than a third-party service.

If the inquiry form’s spam protection, Cloudflare Turnstile, is enabled, Cloudflare may use a cookie or local browser storage solely to complete its check. Cloudflare’s handling of that information is described in its privacy policy, linked above.

We do not currently use an analytics service on the site. The hosting and firewall services described above keep standard technical records of requests, which we may use to understand traffic in aggregate, diagnose problems, and detect abuse. The firewall uses IP addresses to limit repeated submissions to the inquiry form and may retain a sample of requests for security review.

Vantyx builds AI and automation solutions for clients, and we may use AI-assisted tools in our own work, for example to help draft, organize, summarize, or analyze information. Where such tools process information you have shared with us, we use them to support, not replace, our own judgment.

We share information in the following circumstances:

• With the service providers described above, so they can perform services for us.
• With professional advisers, such as attorneys and accountants, where needed to run our business.
• When required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantyx, our clients, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
• With your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, maintaining our business records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Technical logs for the inquiry function are kept for 30 days.

The site is served over HTTPS only and sends modern browser security headers. Site files and the inquiry function are held in access-controlled storage, and the components that handle inquiries are granted only the permissions they need. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Because the site has no accounts or tracking, there is nothing further to opt out of, and you can always reach us by email rather than using the form.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor those rights as the law requires.

The site is intended for businesses and their representatives and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date at the top. The current version is always available at this address. Where a change is significant, we may also provide additional notice on the site.
